Directions: Located centrally in the eastern United States, just 3o minutes southwest of Knoxville, Tennessee. From I-75 take the Lenoir City Exit 81. Then take Hwy 321 to Lenoir City. Cross Fort Loudon Dam, (look for the Tellico Village sign on the right) then take first right which is Tellico Parkway (444) and it will lead you directly into the community. At the stop light make a right turn continue directly to ReMax At The Lakes located at 292 Village Square (On Right Hand Side).
